I like the room very big smart

The swimming is very dirty

Swimming pool safe for kids. nice view in morning and evening. Comfort for family swimming in pool.

Poor wifi, just can connect at lobby hotel. The sink at toilet not clean. No slipper for guest.

Great location. In the heart of bintulu.

Dont have new staf at the pool.

The hotel has a family room that can accommodate up to 6 pax.

1. The room was not clean. The refrigerator still have rotten leftover from previous occupant. 2. The toilet door is made of frosted glass with no lock. We just had to be creative to make sure my 4, 6 year old children did not stomp into the room while I was in it. 3. The front desk personnel unable to answer simple question such as how much the breakfast would cost. 4. Lack of parking space. My family and I had to park our car outside of hotel, which was at the back alley. 5. A/C was not working fine. The room was quite warm making my children having difficulty to sleep. 6. Loud noises from vehicles at nearby road can be heard inside of the room, affecting my youngest daughter.

location is nice. staffs are friendly.

the room looks old. the room condition needs to be improved. the pillows have smell of smoke.
