Location and building itself was beautiful, spice house smelt amazing and the staff were beyond friendly

Customer service was poor... Untidy bathroom and not worth for the money .

There was plenty of variety to choose from in the buffet breakfast on both days that we stayed at Shiny Spices Homes. We had a good view of hills and picturesque tea gardens from our room. The host Mr Alan, was very kind and very helpful who arranged for buckets of hot water, our cabs for pick up, sight seeing, as well as drop off.

Although we are grateful for the buckets of hot water you provided, it would have been more convenient if there had been a geyser or solar heating system.
