Iva Lux Apartments

The apartments are absolutely modern, everything looks nearly brand new. The beds were very comfortable. Getting into the rooms, paying for the apartments or checking out were all absoutely smooth. The apartment is at a convenient location. At a max. 5 min. walking distance one can find a great supermarket, bakery, some restaurants (our reccomendation is Krcma Nostalgija, great food and outstanding service). And still in a quite location. Parking was not an issue as we were told that we can park not only in front of the house (which is many times blocked by cars), but also in front of opposite houses. So we could always park within 10 meters from the entrance.

The apartments are quite small, especially if 3 or 4 persons stay in one apartment. I would definitely recommend them for 2 persons and maybe 1 kid. Especially eating was complicated as there's not enough space around the dining table for 3 persons. (For two it would be ok.) They are called apartments, but I would rather call them rooms with some apartment features. There's no sink in the "kitchen", so you need to wash the dishes in the bathroom in the very small sink there. Cooking possibilities are also limited. There is a small induction heater but all-in-all it is ok to heat some water maybe, to make a coffe, but not to cook. We missed some basic utensils like a cutting board, bread knife etc. Hopefully these will be solved by the owner till the next guest arrives :)

Recht neu, allerdings schon einige Gebrauchsspuren , Lage ruhig , nicht weit vom Zentrum, Lebensmittelmarkt fusslaufig, gute Ausgangsmoeglichkeiten fuer Ausfluege. Es fehlen leider Ablagemoeglichkeiten, es gibt Kein Topf/Pfanne , nur Induktionsplatte, Geschirr muss man am kleinen Waschbecken im Bad waschen ( Spueli, Geschirrtuch.. alles mitbringen), deshalb am Besten nur Essen gehen. Gibt viele gute Restaurants. Bad winzig, es ist alles auf modern, aber leider nicht zweckmaessig , ich wuerde es wieder buchen mit dem jetzigen Wissen und Info waere ich vorbereitet

Viele kleine Handwerksarbeiten, die nicht vollendet wurden , hellhoerig , wenn Familien darueber wohnen .

Close to the city centre. Perfect for a couple of days. Dog friendly.

The room didn't have any cleaning supplies, like a mop or dish towels. I realise some people might not care about keeping the room clean, but as it is a small apartment and we kept going for walks with our dogs, I would have liked having a mop.

Apartmán byl celkem nový. Bydleli jsme jako by v přízemí, kde bylo chladno i bez klimatizace, ikdyž byl červenec a venku bylo celkem vedro. Dokonce jsme si i jeden večer trochu přitápěli elektrickým přímotopem.

V apartmánu byly takové drobné nedodělky, které jsou pro balkánskou lokalitu normální. Měli jsme problém po celou dobu se zavíráním dveří. Vždy jsme je museli zamknout, aby se nám dveře neotvíraly.
