"It is a fraud."

Incoming calls for phone number in confirmation and check in instructions was disabled. We found a house and the place and there was nobody to let as in.

"This incident ruined our week-end."

Good afternoon! On July 13, I made a reservation through Booking - in Latvia, Cēsis, Old Town Apartment. Arriving at the address, we found that the apartments are not available. After communicating with the owner, it became clear that a double reservation had taken place, the apartment was previously booked through Airbnb. It was no longer possible to cancel the transaction, but the fee was charged. Beware. Ivars
