Purtroppo nulla.

Grande delusione. Arrivata stanca dopo un giorno di lavoro, ho trovato una stanza con cimici e lenzuola sporche. Ho richiesto un intervento alle 20 di sera ma mi è stato negato perché la responsabile a quell'ora lavora in altro luogo (ristorante). Mi ha detto di raccogliere con la carta io le cimici o di rivolgermi al vicino di stanza (che peraltro in quel momento non c'era). Ho pertanto deciso di andarmene per soggiornare in un'altra struttura. Il giorno dopo ho chiesto il rimborso che ad oggi mi è stato riconosciuto solo al 20% (meno di 9 euro) e concessomi "per mera cortesia commerciale" come mi hanno scritto! Comportamento inaccettabile: chi ha responsabilità di gestione anche di poche camere deve saper affrontare queste problematiche. Gli attuali proprietari non si sono rivelati all'altezza. Non consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui fintanto che non cambia la gestione.
