The Cabin

cosy, warm cabin suitable for family of 3. welcoming host who was happy and available to help at any time. nice shower - water pressure strong. most of what you needed for kitchen including quality cleaning products. 30 min walk to WGC centre or 5-10 min walk to bus stop. nice centre of town with cafes/restaurants/shops and supermarket. train into london centre takes 25mins.

there was a hob and microwave but no oven/grill but not too much of an issue.

Daniel is a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. The cabin was fitted to a high standard, warm and comfortable.

There was nothing about the Cabin that we didn't like.

Exceptionally clean. Nice decor and a really cosy feel. All the essentials available, clean towels, kitchenware, toiletries...Outside area, tranquil and quiet. I slept peacefully:) A home away from home! I should have booked for 2 nights, at the very least!

No proper path from the back of the house to Thee Cabin. It was hot weather so no problem but it could have been difficult in wet weather.

Great little Cabin for an adventure with Grandkids

Very hard to find. Had a funny smell of straw and maybe the lack of Privacy definitely needs a fence to separate you from main house.

Good communication from host. Functional, clean base for the night.

Surrounding area needed a little bit of TLC. Sofa bed wasn't made up and was very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. The blind in the bedroom needs securing to the wall as it is a hazard for small children.

The friendly welcome and peaceful venue. Everything I needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Motion activated lighting in the garden that was on all night. It was there to guide my pathway from carparking to the Cabin but I think motion-sensor lighting would be more planet friendly.
