Clean and tidy and very quiet.

Finding The Cabin. No signs from road or on site. Pathway dangerous particularly at night. No info sheet or wi-fi details but sorted by host. Shower trap disgusting. Only two of us but not suitable for 4 adults.

Warm welcome from host who showed me round. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, bed comfortable. Well placed for Welwyn and surrounding areas.

No hot water when I arrived late evening - which was odd (boiler was new and seemed to be working fine on the heating). It was ok the next morning but then no hot water that evening and none the next morning either so it wasn't possible to have a shower. For that reason I marked it down on value for money - I expect a hot shower!

We thought the cabin was well equipped for a short stay which is what we needed. Keys were ok to collect and we appreciated the flexible collection time. One thing that may have helped is having some additional instruction on finding the cabin once at the postcode. We arrived when it was dark so found it a bit tricky.

Only thing we would have included was perhaps a couple of tea bags. The bedroom lamp was very bright so we found it helpful to have that on but placed in the living area.
