"Great spacious apartment, but with a few important drawbacks"

The apartment is very spacious and having two full bedrooms is a big advantage. The location is good as well. There are no physical keys - everything works with codes, which makes things much easier.

If you want to take a warm shower, you need to wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up. And if you prefer really hot water (like I do), it’s not going to happen. You can hear the neighbors quite clearly, especially when they walk in shoes. The bedroom near the balcony gets a bit chilly, though not critically. And the biggest downside - payment is cash only.
