Baya view surfside

Accommodation. Quiet part of town. Peaceful. Alcohol free.

Not signposted as Baya view surfside. Fortunately it wasn't an overdeveloped area and I located "Residence Timourine" after asking a few locals.

It was really great value, comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable & clean. It’s very close to the beach. The WiFi was good. Check in was easy, with good communication via WhatsApp. The bus stop to/from Agadir and Taghazout is a short walk away. There were a few small local cafes and small supermarkets that sold the basics. Beyond Banana Point (a 15 minute walk along the beach) there’s a nice area with beach cafes, a supermarket, sun beds and the start of a well kept promenade/walkway to Taghazout, which is a really nice town.

The complex is tired looking with patchy exterior paint. The double bedroom doesn’t have any clothes storage, which is awkward. The bedrooms were lacking bedside units and lamps. The apartment doesn’t really have a sea view, I had to lean on the side of the balcony to get a glimpse of the sea. The location isn’t the best in terms of proximity to restaurants etc. for the evenings.

Place is very well located, just next to the beach and some restaurants.

The owner is super nice and was very responsive ! His manager wasn’t very friendly, wasn’t on time or didn’t respond his phone. Fortunately the owner did such an amazing job with us and we had a great stay thanks to him!

A Great Flat I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and loved almost everything about it. The place is spotless, the facilities are well-maintained, and for the price, it’s exceptional value for money. From the clean rooms to the comfortable ambience, the flat itself provides an excellent experience. Literally next to the beach and a walk away from the town.

Near beach, all apartment for you.

The pool is for all residence complex and there are still many childrens making a noise.

We had a great stay in the baya house apartment with an excellent service. Also the owner and the manager are very kind and ready to help. You can ask everything the guys try to make it possible. Recommendable host!

The location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walking to the bus station and 2-3 minutes to the ocean. A lot of facilities in the apartment, including a washing machine. No check-in needed, there is an electronic access. The host was super nice and always responded fast.
