New room, huge private terrace with outdoor shower, a bottle of Prosecco and snacks as welcome, very friendly host with lots of recommendations for restaurants, 10min walk to the beach

Location, the terrace with a jacuzzi and our host. The studio was modern and beautiful inside.

Bit too minimalistic and no furniture besides a bed and a small two seater. if you stay longer like we did, you start missing simple practical things like a table to put stuff on or just a lounge chair to sit or wardrobe space for two.

This is a self-catering "Junior Suite" that has an efficient studio apartment layout with a view primarily of the interior patio and a more obstructed, side view of the sea. Although it is a self-catering studio, there is no kitchenette but instead just a coffee machine and dry consumables (meaning the bathroom must be used for its tap and cleaning). This studio apartment is clean, has a good bed, good lighting and air conditioning. It is on the small side but the space's size is posted on the ad.

From the booking.com ad, it is easy to mis-read that this property offers access to a "pool" or hot tub given that some of the property photos display a "pool" / hot tub. In fact, this "Deluxe Junior Suite" does not provide access to a jacuzzi / hot tub, which is only available to the other two apartment suites in the same complex (which have a better sea view and are apparently larger). This was not clear in the ad particularly because in the "Travellers are asking" section of the Booking.com ad for this property there is a question which asks: "Is the swimming pool open" to which the property manager's / owner's answer is "There is a swimming pool at Lo Chalet. It will be open during your stay." That information implies that it is available to all guests at the property, which is not the case, and which I disappointingly discovered upon my arrival at this property particularly because it was a property feature which made us choose this property over others. I think this property's owners/managers should make clearer the fact that the exclusive access of the complex's jacuzzis is available only to two of their three suites (each of the other two suites has exclusive access to their own individual jacuzzi) and not to this property type, the "Deluxe Junior Suite" (despite its fancy name). I felt disappointed by the misleading information on the Booking.com site which is why I am posting this here so that other travellers are made aware of this subtle but important point if choosing to book this suite type at this property, especially in case the owners do not clarify this on the Booking.com site. In addition, the property is over-priced for its location and size - effectively a small studio without a kitchenette near beaches (but not seafront) - when there are ample properties at lower prices in the vicinity.

The property is very modern and has spectacular views of the ocean. The beach is only a short walk away. The terrace is huge and has a brand new hot tub to relax in and an outdoor shower. The hosts were incredibly attentive and nothing was a problem. They provided water, Prosecco and snacks and even provided more crockery when we requested. They made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend and would definitely come again!
