Uptown Sound Haven

Walking distance to attractions, but 4” from Firestone roof & overlooking chicken coop. Hardly scenic.

Worst mattress & pillow on the market. The core of overnight accommodations were met with complete indifference. Battered towels, old linens, IKEA furnishings. Septic was backed up giving fowl smell if you open the doors. Exterior was moldy, unkept plants blocked walkway, brick pavers were a walking hazard. Dated/incorrect communication for entry.

Location was great. Walking distance to everything and quiet.

Thin walls. Last day we were here was my birthday and it would’ve been nice not to have been woken up by hearing other guests unplugging chargers at 6 am. Not enough toilet paper. I messaged and was told they would be bringing toilet paper and they didn’t. I also asked how to turn on back lights and nobody messaged me back. Early checkout time.

Uptown Sound Haven was a wonderful place to stay for our 35th anniversary celebration. The host was very communicative, and the place was close to downtown Saint Augustine. We enjoyed it very much!

Everything was wonderful! It's important to know before booking that the bedroom is upstairs, so be sure you're able to climb steps easily. There were plenty of towels, closet space, and a full kitchen.

The cost was affordable and the place is really nice and a good size for a couple to vacation in.

We didn’t like how the coffee pot had moldy coffee left in it and the kitchen sink was dirty.

Mattress was wrapped in plastic covering and crinkled every time you moved need better chairs in the living room and a larger TV need TV upstairs need to clean up outside several chairs and tables broken
