"Bad"

No towel. TV was not working. AC not working. No hot water. Linen was dirty and when asked to change they said they don't have the bed sheet. Pathetic hotel.

"Scammed by this hotel and the one nearby"

Scam

Total scam, we booked and when we arrived they said there was no booking and the room were fully booked. I showed them the reservation but they didn't say anything. Later they took us in another hotel from the same company nearby (hotel the sapphire grand) and we paid 3 times the price for a bad quality room

"Not my cup of tea"

Staff with zero english. We ordered a very simple breakfast and it took one and a half hour!! A big rat entered our room while we were inside and hid behind the a/c. Room had dirt since 100 years ago. Staff woke us up 9am knocking the door to ask if we wanted breakfast. The soap pill was half used with hair when we received the room.
