The location was absolutely perfect for the historic city centre, but nevertheless quiet. The apartment is light and sophisticated, newly modernised to a high standard, although some of the furniture was chosen for design rather than function. Very good WiFi.

Instructions to find the apartment were poor. We used the Minimetro to get from the mainline station up the hill, but then had a difficult time finding the lift to get up the final city centre height - especially after a long journey and with heavy cases, some guidance was needed. Once you know, access is easy. The apartment is designed for guests to eat out at local restaurants, it is not suitable or properly equipped for self-catering. In fact the tiny table and 2 stools were barely suitable for coffee and croissants. Likewise the apartment is not suitable for washing/drying clothes. There were no instructions how to use the hob, cooker, aircon etc.

Apartments location is the best, just in the city center but also very quiet because of its position. Pristine clean 10/10 and new, everything is like its in the photos. Host Debora was super 10/10, responsive, flexible check in options, plus she allowed to stay longer the last day cause she had no guest the next day, what meant a lot to us!

This property was wonderful. It was a last minute decision to go to Perugia and we just picked somewhere central with good reviews. It was a great decision. The location is fantastic. The apartment is in an old historic building and has everything you could possibly need plus lots of things that just get forgotten about.. especially for women travelling. So hair straightners, make up remover, conditioner, and a sanitary pack. Plus Debora was available on what’s app when we needed anything and gave great instructions and amazing restaurant recommendations . Oh and the shower was lovely.

The apartment was really comfortable, neat and clean and QUIET! The location is absolutely fantastic….everything is just steps away. Our host was very accommodating and communication was fantastic.
