I didn’t realize I bought a ticket to an escape room, wasn’t fun to discover that after a very long flight… Too complicated for me

This premises is extra clean. The host is very friendly, professional and helpful. I kept coming back to this hotel many times and still will.

Very clean, nice decorative touches, obviously they take pride in keeping this affordable, convenient, clean and comfortable. Just what you need at the right price.

I keep coming back to this facility it is becoming my second home away from home. Still the most clean and comfortable place. The staff are still very friendly and helpful as usual.

Nothing I loved my stay

I flew into Heathrow very late at night and was worried about finding suitable accommodation. Maberic staff were amazing, giving very clear and easy follow instructions for self check in. I caught the Piccadilly line from the airport and then an Uber from the Hounslow West station (if you need a tip to make your trip cheaper). It was all so smooth and easy which was exactly what I needed after a long day. The room was very warm and the bed was super comfy. There was a kettle and a complimentary bottle of water, tea and biscuit. The ensuite was nice and the shower was great!

I couldn’t find a reception to talk to anyone face to face but they were great at communicating via booking.com

The room was very clean and spacious. It was excellent value for money, especially as it was so close to the airport.

I wasn't able to work out from the email how to locate the lock box with the key but the owner was great and helped me
