Fully ensuite room

Good communication. Key box entry. Clean and comfortable. Nice spacious en suite with shower. Kettle and use of Kitchen if wished ( I didn't use Kitchen ) TV. Hairdryer. Plenty of storage. Flexible arrival and departure times. Great for the 1 night I stayed to work in the area. The room does have a locking door, had read a review that stated it didn't.

Not so much dislikes, however advice for future guests. This is an attic room as clear in photos, so there are stairs. I made mistakes in not locking the front door when I thought I had, so perhaps owner could leave some instructions?

Comfy bed. Very clean, parking good, location quite good

No bin in bathroom or room Listing does not say it is a home stay and has no detail of which room was ours until a message was sent 1 hour before check in when already there. It needed a lamp as LED lights are not condusive for settling down to sleep. We didn't see the adult hosts it was like there were 2 young boys in and that's all. Also need to mention about the 2 flights of stairs in the description.

Room was clean n tidy

You couldn't get TV, only prime & TV looked like it was about to fall off wall. Also, when I got the key out of the safe, outside, the safe fell off the wall.. also difficulty getting through the front door..

The bed

Room to small and lots of stains on the floor carpet, the receptionist didn't reply when I said hello and not very friendly on the cheek in.
