Nice central apartment, good facilities and very comfortable

Instruction to enter Carpark. Only found them after we had to park on street, enter property and found the information manual. Even then there were to different codes.

Great location near the hospital with parking . Lovely apt very comfy stylish and warm .

The suite was very comfortable with beautiful decor.

Very difficult to locate late at night as the parking is at the rear of the property & our sat nav sent us on a tour of Sheffield. Instructions on how to access the key were not complete & we spent an hour trying to access the combination/keysafe as it was dark & unlit & needed to be operated with 2 hands while trying to hold torch - we left countless telephone messages advising that we were struggling but got no replies & have not had any contact from the host(s).

Very old mattress, pillows and bedding- felt dirty and very uncomfortable. Generally the apartment wasn’t clean enough - crumbs on the floor, dirty grout on bathroom floor, crumbs in the toaster, dirty extractor, mars on the walls and upholstery. Hadn’t been cleaned between fridge and units or in the corners of rooms. TV didn’t work very well. Repairs to bathroom not finished.
