The internet speed was great! Stores were close by, even across the street! Adequate storage for clothes and personal items in hallway. The Tram and Metro were close by and made travel to sites easy. I did not have a car but relied on public transportation. The location was easily accessible for the airport Minibus to pick me up for my trip to the airport.

Most places have a welcome gift to enjoy during the stay. No ice maker in refrigerator. No towel racks or hand rails in shower. No place to put cleaning shampoos within the shower enclosure. No towel racks to hang bath towels near the shower or anywhere in the bathroom. No support rails in the shower to prevent slipping. No shelf above washer machine to place laundry soap. No kitchen knives to cut meat while eating. A large cutting knife was provided for food preparation but I didn't need it. Only 1 kitchen garbage bag provided for a 9 day stay. Hot water maker and toaster cords too short to plug in (kitchen). We ran out of dish soap and hand soap at day 7. I wasn't about to buy more when I was planning on checking out in 2 days to travel home. One reading light above double bed was found pulled out of the wall. It should have been repaired before our arrival. There were 2 reading lights, one was not attached to the wall as noted previously.
