Everything was just perfect! The people owning the place were so nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The location was just perfect. Parking place was also an advantage. We want to come back the next year!

The location was great.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom is walk through - which we did not know before, it should be mentioned in the descrioption.

How close it was to our event and to the beach.

The living space was very small. Luckily, there was only 3 of us instead of the intended 6. It would have been very squashed if it was full.

Location was top. Travelled for Ironman Emiglia Romagna. This place was literally a couple of minutes walk from race start and finish. Had a huge veranda were I could assemble my bike. Plus our hosts were incredibly friendly. The apartment was clean. It felt like being cared for by mum. For non racers this place is literally within 4 mins from the beach with a gelateria/cafetteria next door.

Great location, clean and good attention!

This is kind of small family hotel, where owners greats You, like a guest of their family. There is a nice family ice-cream bar near the hotel, where you can have morning coffee or tee with bakery. Totally recommend this place.

Maybe I'd prefer more space - my flat was really tiny, under the roof. But location is very nice and I think you can choose bigger flat if you'll need it. But stuff/owners were kind and awesome, so I'll come again! Kind of small and cosy family business. Minus is that you here everything what's going on at Your neighbour's flat)
