“I had a very disappointing experience at Sasuru Holiday Home. I booked a room for 2 adults and arrived with my two small children (a 4-month-old baby and a 2-year-old). After parking our vehicle and carrying our babies and luggage up to the second floor, we were suddenly told that there was no room for us. The staff asked us to cancel the booking on the spot, which was very unprofessional. This happened around 9:35 PM, making the situation extremely stressful for my family. The staff, including a lady and another person at the property, had a very bad attitude and did not offer any support or solution. We were forced to leave and find another hotel late at night with two small children, which was very inconvenient and upsetting. Overall, very poor management and zero customer care. I would not recommend this place, especially for families.”

Bett sehr durchgelegen und hart Es gibt nur eine dünne Decke und sonst Zudecken, die eher aussehen, als ob sie nicht gewaschen werden.

Cool is too high

Wir waren zwei Nächte im sasru holiday home und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind super nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war extrem lecker und das ganze zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

I loved the place and the hosts have been very helpful and kind.

Excellent Host and Value for money. Room was clean and properly have good common space . Host welcomed with tea and they also offered ice cream next day .
