The Georgian House

The house was spacious with 4 lovely bedrooms so there was plenty of room for 6 adults and a child. The kitchen had everything you could need. It was a well maintained house with great heating for the chilly nights we had.

There was a smell of drains in the downstairs bathroom when we first went in. However, after being used it disappeared.

Downstairs bathroom smelt however this could well be beyond hosts control - maybe drains rather than damp....

The house was lovely, plenty of space for all of us. We managed to park directly outside of the property. The décor was pleasant and relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked even more so now as I left my grater behind.... There is a lovely garden with seating. We have a great stay and would book again.

Nothing really negative but there was an unpleasant smell from the downstairs bathroom and the sink was blocked. I'm sure this would have been sorted straight away.

The house is lovely and has character. Great location with everything nearby and the couple that run it were very helpful when we needed anything. Highly recommend.

This house was ideal for our family (8 people) and dogs. Thoughtfully furnished and clean it is in a great location on a quiet road. The garden was "dog proof" with a high fence so we could let them out without any concerns. The communication from the letting agents was concise and straightforward.

Nothing really, a couple of minor issues where the house information pack could have been more detailed but nothing to detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Good location, property was immaculately presented, spacious room sizes, generous facilities, serviceable backyard, kitchen well set out, managing staff very helpful.

A ground floor bedroom would help those who have difficulty stairs.
