GBThe accommodation was good for 1 night, late check in was catered for. Building work was not mentioned. The room had all the facilities. and late check in and videos made for easy access.
No building work was mentioned, the whole building was under reconstruction. This made a noisy start the next day and early start.

BGBeautiful apartment. There is a kitchen, washing machine, beautiful bathroom and a lot of space as well.
GBFriendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is good-sized, double-glazed and newly refurbished on the ground floor with a comfortable bed, so slept very well. The location was excellent as it was easy to find and is situated in a quiet street. The main shopping street, promenade and old town could be easily reached within a 10 minute or so walk. Salerno railway station and ferries were also easy to walk to in about 15 minutes. There was also a small supermarket, a morning market and fresh fish shop around the corner, which made it convenient to stock up on supplies, if needed. (Tip: If catching the SITA bus to Amalfi, and the queue looks long at the stop outside the railway station, then best to walk to the bus station where it starts on Via Vinciprova (about 5 mins walk away) and catch it from there!)
