Good location near Kaunas, very nice owner who gave us specialty coffee in the morning for us to enjoy, that was a nice touch. Comfortable couch,safe environment, cute terrace in front of the house where you can relax. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay

Upstairs there is no partition or door between the single bed on one side and the double bed on the other side, it would be more practical that that space would be separate. The coffee machine is for the capsules only,but there are a lot of capsules to choose from. The owners live next to the house, but we weren't very bothered with it.

This property offers a delightful blend of space and comfort with a charming, musician-style vibe. The cozy ambiance is enhanced by the presence of a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The added luxury of a sauna is a welcome touch for relaxation. The air conditioning kept the interior pleasantly cool, ensuring a comfortable stay. The terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy the outdoors, and the beds were notably comfortable, contributing to a restful night’s sleep. Overall, this property provides a unique and inviting atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately, this property has several significant drawbacks that affected our stay. Some issues could have been resolved by the host, while others are inherent to the house’s design. First, the kitchen lacks a functional coffee machine, and no coffee was provided, which is a small but crucial detail that would have made mornings much more pleasant. The shower boiler only holds 70 liters of hot water, which is insufficient for two or more people to shower consecutively—this is a major inconvenience, especially if you’re the second person needing a shower. The bathroom setup is also problematic; the toilet is not a separate, private space but rather a partitioned area. This lack of privacy is uncomfortable, as sounds from the WC are easily heard in the kitchen, a detail that should have been disclosed upfront. While the house was generally clean, we did find dirty sinks and other areas that could have used more attention. Additionally, the house is filled with the owner’s personal belongings, such as clothes, pictures, and documents, which made us feel like we were intruding in someone’s home rather than enjoying a vacation rental. The TV is outdated and in need of an upgrade, and a Bluetooth speaker for guests to play their own music would have been a welcome touch. Overall, the property felt unwelcoming and in need of improvements to provide a more comfortable and private experience for guests.

Very cozy, clean and friendly place. Nice, polite and helpful landlords. Perfect for families to have calm and quite time. Sauna is really nice, solft and long lasting. Me and my family loved everything in this place. Thanks a lot, we’ll come back :)
