Very good location

Останавливались на одну ночь, для бюджетного туризма все отлично. Чистые, удобные апартаменты, в которых есть все самое необходимое. Также было предоставлено место на парковке, что для нас было важно. Хорошая коммуникация с хозяином.

Apartamentul ne-a surprins neplăcut încă de la intrare. Părea neaerisit sau, oricum, camerele aveau un miros neplăcut. În ceea ce privește curățenia, vesela era slinoasă, podelele păreau măturate dar existau scame și praf. Baia, un aspect esențial al oricărei șederi, ne-a oripilat. Vasul de toaletă și dușul aveau păr pubian. Vasul de toaletă nu fusese curățat și avea urme de urină. După ce am folosit toate produsele de curățenie din dotare și am aerisit și folosit bețișoare parfumate, apartamentul a devenit locuibil. Seara a fost foarte frig în cameră, iar aerul condiționat nu a reușit să încălzească suficient încât să simțim un confort termic.

I think the good part is that we stayed for one night only. Self checking is available, with straightforward instructions. The value for money was decent and we did not come with high expectations and the place had eveything you would need, TV, internet, AC, a kitchenette, etc, and is very close to city center - 5 min walk. Parking nearby helps a lot and is pretty easy to find, with the numbered parking sign. It also has a couch which we had not used, since it was only me and my partnet, although I think is a strech to have this suitable for 2 people to sleep on / 4 people in total, but it could work out in need.

Starting in order: there was another key safe nearby from another property in the same spot and since was no numbering we initially thought that was the one. It was a bit confusing because the code did not work at first due to this. Getting upstairs, the elevator doesn't give you the best confidence, but is a matter of communist buildings. Although the place is a good value for money, the vibe it gives is far from "feeling like home", it feels very depressing unfortunately. It has the basics you need, but you won't get "feeling like home" vibe, because it feels cold, soviet, style. The batroom door would not close properly and this exits in the kitchenette. We had issues with cleannes. One tower was not changed surely, since it smelled like garlic and had 3 big yellow stains on it. Also, there was mold at the windows bottom, probably due to heating being doin though AC only. The shower also had very poor cleanes. With one water jet all the dirt from corners started flowing though the dreneage. On top, the kitchenette was dusty and nto well maintained. Overall, for 27 EUR for night is decent, but don't come with high expectations.

It was cold during the night, even thought the only way of heating the apartment was an air conditioner unit and it ran on maximum. I have asked for invoice, and the owner didn’t offer one, stating that he’s operating as a company although I specifically started that I travel for work on company interest.
