Não gostei pq cheguei de Lisboa cansado as 15:00 horas e liguei para fazer o check-in e informaram que o quarto estava a ser limpo, e so podia fazer o check-in às 16:00 horas. Fiz o check-in às 16:00 horas na recepção, mandaram subir para o 5 andar, quando cheguei até o quarto ainda fiquei 15 minutos na porta do quarto, porque ainda estava a fazer a limpeza. A casa de banho estava com o cheiro muito forte de tinta, porque tinha pintado a base de duche, e à noite quando chegamos novamente ao quarto a casa de banho cheirava a esgoto. E somente no último dia da hospedagem que a água da duche estava quente.

"Value for money stay in a good central location"

Good location, with cheap, clean and basic ensuite accomodation. Property provided good value for money. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean with free air conditioning and good free wifi.

Check-in could be better, with someone actually answering the phone and turning up ontime. Cleaning is twice weekly, which may be an issue for some.

J’ai pas aimé les gens qu’il sont dans établissement, il respecte pas les heures .. et ne respecte pas les gens, il parlent à haute voix à 4h du matin… c’est moins de respect

"Avoid this deposit scam"

Just location is in center

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked in, they required a €200 deposit for a two-night stay. I have booked other places through the same booking agent and have never been asked to pay deposit It has now been 10 days since I checked out, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have tried contacting the hotel about this issue but have not received any response so far. Charging a €200 deposit for a place of this standard feels unreasonable, and the lack of communication after my stay is very frustrating. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend staying here.
