Very friendly and helpful employees (big appreciation to the bar manager Jenny), good location between Koror and dive centers, very nice pool, good mix of Asian- and Western-style breakfast. Water dispenser at the bar and daily refreshment of water, tea and coffee in the room via daily houskeeping. Rooms are very clean all the time!

Wooden rooms seem to have low insulation. If the room is located directly under the roof (all bungalows and all rooms on 2nd floor), the room heats up very quickly and you need to keep running A/C a lot. Not all employees speak English good enough. High focus on Taiwanese customers (A/C remote still only in Mandarin language). Wifi in the room not strong and reliable. Enough for surfing but already too weak for sending videos via WhatsApp or having WhatsApp-calls (without video). For this, you need to use the stronger wifi at the bar. A resort should have offers for lunch and dinner within the resort.

Das beste ist die Lage an der Meeresbucht mit schönem Ausblick und der Baustil, der zum Inselfeeling passt. Auch die Anordnung der Zimmer und Bungalows bzw. Der Lobby mit Restaurant und Pool ist gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit jedoch oft in ihren Auskünften limitiert und erstaunlich unerfahren z.B einen Massageladen oder Pediküre/Maniküre/Friseur zu finden. Auch die Restaurantempfehlungen waren auf eine bestehende Liste begrenzt. Das Gebäude zeigt teilweise deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen und sollte renoviert werden. Fast keine Freizeitangebote/Sportangebote im Hotel z.B Tischtennis/tischspiele/SUPs zur Verfügung stellen/verleihen, Ruderboot/Segelboot oder Ähnliches. Zu wenige Liegen am Pool und keine Weichen Auflaufen etc. Kein aktives Angebot Drinks oder Essen/Snacks beim Pool oder der Bar zu servieren. Beim Frühstücksbuffet sollte mehr Variation und speziell auch lokales, abwechslungsreicherer Obst und Gemüse angeboten werden. Bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt wird es langsam eintönig das Angebot.

The resort is perfect for a stay in Palau close to everything the views are amazing the rooms very comfortable the staff do friendly and happy to help with making arrangements. Loved our stay

Breakfast was fine. The view from the breakfast area was superb. Staff were amazing.

No cafe or place to buy snacks or sit and purchase a beverage. No evening entertainment or even a meal unless you pre booked and the meal offered was overpriced. Such an amazing location yet really underutilised and somewhat rundown.

It was very calming and relaxing right by the water. And the breakfast was always good

Couldnt adjust the temperature setting in the shower so it was always warm/hot.

The breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend and we would definitely come back and stay again.

No real issues but the transfer to and from the airport is quite expensive. And on top of that because we had the first flight out the next morning, we were charged an additional $10 USD. There is also no microwave which would be a great addition to the room.

Cockroach found in the salad during the breakfast, i forgot the exact date it happened but it ruined all the good work you guys have done.
