I think clear instructions sent ahead of time about how to collect the keys.
GBThe place was great. Very modern and clean, with a small kitchen in case you want to do some basic cooking. Comfy bed, smart TV (useful if u have a sub), and A/C.
It was too noisy every night around 00.30-1.00 am. Someone in the building was vacuuming and around the same time, a trash truck was passing making too much noise. If you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise, it is an amazing place to stay.
DEHost is so helpfull and very easy to communicate, everything went smootly .
