Everything,, was very dirty and fly and spider nest in bedrooms, toilet broken, boiler broke and electrical faults,, all in all absolutely terrible!!!

Great location, has everything you need, was able to bring our little dog. The kids absolutely loved it, we had a little issue which we managed to sort ourselves but the owner went out of his way to check on us to make sure we was all okay. Was really quiet as nothing open yet but this made it even better! Really really comfy, can’t wait to come back

The caravan was very clean, very well decorated, comfortable, had everything you needed. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions and very willing to help made our stay a lot more enjoyable

Good caravan and nice fake grass, relax family. I used taxi to clacton on sea piers.

Careful shower body weight any heavy.
