The apartment is big enough and silent area

The carpet was covered in hair and clearly in need of a thorough cleaning. The bed and shelter were old and uncomfortable. Although it’s listed as having free parking, you’re not allowed to use the garage—they only allow street parking. Be aware that checkout is strictly at 10 AM, with no flexibility, not even a 10-minute grace period. Communication with the host is very rigid; any requests are met with a firm “no.”

This property boasts a great location with convenient access to the city and free off-road parking. It offers a pleasant view and is well-maintained, neat, and clean. The kitchen is adequately staffed, and security is top-notch. It’s an ideal choice for a small family or a close group of friends.

The bedding in the property could use some improvement. Only two pillows were provided, with no extras or any cushions on the sofa. The duvet was quite thin and small, which made it less suitable for colder temperatures. The heating system was difficult to manage, with no clear instructions—at times it felt too hot, and other times too cold, making it a bit uncomfortable during the night. Additionally, there were no instructions provided for accessing the Wi-Fi. This isn’t a complaint, just friendly advice. With a few small upgrades in these areas, the experience would easily be a 10 out of 10. For now, I’d rate it a solid 9.

Very nice and cozy apartment, it s located in a beautiful part of the city, you can see a big part of it from the apartment so the views are spectacular, even more so at night.

There wasn't anything regarding the apartment that i would say I disliked. Maybe only a very small issue with the light in the room where the toilet is found, it seems that randomly it just turned itself off and didn't come back on for some time

You have to be close with your partner to dare use the toilet. It is in an interasting place.

We loved the apartment! It was super clean, well equipped (e.g., washing machine including a dryer in the bathroom, dishwasher in the kitchen, and light dimming controllers everywhere), and had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony looking at the arden wher you could sit in the sun and have breakfast listening to bird singing. This is topfloor apartment, and it was very quiet both inside and outside. The view to the city from the bedroom/kitchen was amazing especially in the night with vibrating lights, we loved to look at it so much. Walk in nature is easy and there are several hill tops with lookout towers in the Buda Hills area. A great place for nature lovers who also want to enjoy a vibrant city. Nearest shop is 3 min by car, where you also find the Szamos Szépkilátás Cukrászda, which is a must, as well as the Aladár Cafe & Deli (other way downhill)! Bus/tram stops a few min walking distance. For drivers: the street is steep but there are also some horizontal spots to park the car (free in the area). Gas station is also nearby. We also appreciate that the hosts were reachable with questions 24 h a day. Overall, we loved our stay here, thank you!

blankets (takaró + huzat) in bedroom: we really did not like their quality and they were also not warm enough, and there were no extra blankets in the apartment. bedroom door: could not close it with the door handle so we could hear the refigerator hum, which was a bit annoying. wifi did not work properly.

An incredibly homely place with a brilliant view. The apartment itself was generous in size and amenities, including very good heating! It is nicely secluded as per the name, but public transport is still very close. Brilliant!
