Excellent Customer Service. Very helpfull staff specially the breakfast lady I forgot the name but they are very good and make fresh food and very tasty food.

Everything was perfect.

It's a beautiful family-run hotel. The family is very nice and helpful, specially Sintan. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The breakfast is great, good and varied. Totally recommend it.

The location is good Staff is super friendly and helpful. They quickly helped me on a few queries i had. Breakfast is nice and has a big variety (I had super high expectations due to the reviews, but to be 100% honest i found it "normal", not super great as described)

The heating was not enough and i think it was switched on for a very short time during the day/night. Not sure if they were saving it, but it was October and Cappadocia had 0° but in the room it felt muuuuch worse. I stayed under the duvet whenever i was in the room. The tv didnt connect to the wifi.

Breakfasts! They were home-style, very tasty, filling. The hostesses are responsive people. The hotel is new, clean, I would say still under construction. The location is convenient, we could leave the car at the hotel. Good, clean bed linen, hot water. Beautiful view from the terrace.

We were very cold. We were there in early November. There was a gap between the door and the wall and the cold came into the room. There was no wall in the common corridor and this additionally created cold in the room. Perhaps these problems have already been fixed. Our room was 2+1 and there was little space. There were not enough additional hooks for clothes at the entrance and in the bathroom.
