USThey were very flexible with us, especially for storing bags before/after our stay. The house was very clean. The location was easily accessible via golf cart/car.
The kitchenware needed to be cleaned before use, but once cleaned, it was serviceable for throwing together a dinner.

Something was biting us at night. Maybe insects came in when we opened the bacony glass doors. Also, we booked this place due the promise of a washing machine but the washer didn't work and instead just soaked my clothes. I had to hand wash all of them. Other than this everything else was fine.

USIf the facilities were secure with doors that lock it would have felt more better. But the lack of secure locking entrance and exit doors was too much worry. There was no way of feeling that your things were safe.
USMethod of payment was not specified on booking.com. Not until checkout did I learn that the property only accepts paypal or cash. I don't have a paypal account and I don't carry that much cash. Owner offered to charge through a business owned by a relative but wanted to tack on a fee of about $40. Kind of deceptive in my view.
