Lovely, comfortable, well appointed house. Good location for exploring the north east of Scotland. Would recommend.

The accommodation was excellent.. modern, clean, comfortable and warm. It was stocked with everything you might need. The rock cakes and eggs on arrival were a nice touch. The check-in was easy, and the owner replied promptly to any questions. Will definitely return.

Lairg is an underrated gem and one of our favorite destinations. The cottage we stayed in was perfectly situated, offering stunning views that took our breath away. It was ideal for families, with ample space both indoors and outdoors. Tracey was absolutely wonderful—responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. She even went the extra mile to provide a charming Christmas tree and thoughtful gifts, which truly made our holiday special.

The property was lovely & in a perfect location for our needs. The homemade rock buns were absolutely delicious!! The nearby cafe was a hidden treasure too!

upon arrival we were greeted with a basket with a note, some home baked cookies and half a dozen fresh eggs. home was clean, warm and very comfortable. access to the Wee House was a short walk away, some nice short walks from the house.

it was as expected, nothing we didn't like, sun could have shone a bit more tho... ;)

I like everything. The room was tidy, clean and smelling really good. The view of lake was also amazing.

Nothing much except 1 bathroom. Rest everything was perfect
