The Republic Boutique Hotel

Excellent location, right in the centre of Valletta and close to all amenities. The staff is very kind attentive and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is excellent and abbundant, with various options to chose from . I will definately return and will recommend.

The room was spacious and clean

I paid extra for a balcony, and did not expect the view to be of a blank wall! The hotel was being renovated. I think we should have been told. In the morning the staircase was wet, because the tarpaulin acting as a roof had blown off. I don't blame the staff for this.

The staff were excellent. The location was terrific.

The absence of hooks, especially in the bathroom.

Nice hotel right in the middle of the Valleta action. Only note, if you want the iconic view of the street from your balcony from the photos, be sure to specifically book a street view room.

Έκαναν οικοδομικές βαριές εργασίες καθ όλη την παραμονή μας εκεί. Οι εργασίες ξεκινούσαν στις 09:00 περίπου και δεν διέκοπταν ούτε το μεσημέρι για να μπορέσουμε να ξεκουραστούμε λίγο. Αν και τους είχαμε κάνει συστάσεις μια φορά προφορικά και δύο εγγράφως .Μέσα στους διαδρόμους και στον ανελκυστήρα υπήρχε πολλή σκόνη και υπολείμματα από μπάζα από τις εργασίες, θα μπορούσαν να καθαρίσουν λίγο πιο εντατικά αφού είχαν βρώμικες εργασίες

Great location, breakfast and facilities. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

It is very noisy from other guests, building works and street noise very early in the morning from 5.30am onwards so had poor sleep both nights.
