הדירה הייתה נעימה, נקייה ומרווחת. המיקום היה מצוין למי שמחפש מקום שקט ורחוק מהעיר – קרוב לפארק, ולכיכר הגיבורים, ולפארק המרחצאות הגדול בעיר. המארחים היו זמינים ותקשורתיים. הרגשנו מאוד בנוח והיה שקט ונעים.

Spotlessly clean and cozy, nestled in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The owner is exceptionally kind and incredibly accommodating—always ready to assist whenever needed.

Nothing

The apartment is very clean and the host agency were very quick to respond. Everything is new in the apartment (and building in general) and it's an easy 30-40 minute walk into the centre. There are also lots of food and grocery options nearby.

The door is locked/unlocked using an app on your phone which broke twice for me causing quite significant issues. This took some time to fix. The apartment is also incredibly hot - the temperatures were very low outside (less than 10 degrees) and yet I struggled to get the apartment temperature below 26 degrees, despite setting the thermostat correctly (and having the agency check it). Often I would wake up and it was 30, which was extremely uncomfortable. Upon my complaints, I was told to open the windows, which was quite insulting and had also already been done, despite the large amount of loud construction work going on directly outside. In the end, I requested a fan which was provided. There is zero storage in the kitchen and the sink is so small that it makes doing any dishes a problem, however there is a small dishwasher to help avoid this.

Spacious, brand new, exceptionally well maintained and equipped. Regarding the cleanliness, it is absolutely spotless. The location is ideal, close to the downtown yet quiet. As someone who rents apartments and studios on the Croatian coast i can confidently recommend the place as a great value for money. Look no further.
