Charming one-bedroom studio

Starting from, intentionally hiding the name of the villa here and pretending it is new, as it has horrible reviews on google, over the owner lying and trying to blackmail me, to booking.com just refunding half my money, while I not even stayed there for an hour. The construction that is claimed to be „nearby, like everywhere in Pererenan“, in fact right at the bathroom wall. Due to this it’s loud and stinks, from the burned plastic. The bathroom has no natural light anymore, it’s it’s covered in black fabric to prevent construction workers to look in. The bed was covered in wet patches and stains, which the owner claimed to be my doing after me reporting and wanting a refund. The toilet is as dirty as I’ve never seen, and would need to be replaced, covered in spots and even with algae’s in the middle. The kitchen sink was not cleaned either. The photos are misleading and the description not accurate, there is no fan in the living room and it’s open. The bedroom is the only “closed” room, with ac and doors, to also prevent yourself from mosquitos, which in times of dengue is really important. Do your research, the places name is: Villa Gautam.

Неожиданно в туалете и в «гостиной» не было стен и потолка. Прямо к задней стене душа (где нет потолка) прилегает стройка. Ужасный шум с раннего утра и до ночи, и в комнату летит бетон. Владелец крайне грубо разговаривает.
