Stunning cottage, had all amenities you needed. Clean and cosy. Garden was very spacious my dog loved it! The views are amazing, great to sit on the decking and take in the scenery. Amazing place.

The location was really good. We were hiking Snowdon on one of the days and heading to Anglesey on the other so perfect. The cottage was a good size, there was only 3 of us but it could have fit more. Having three bathrooms was great as I was there with my brother and my step daughter so we could all have our own space. Very nicely presented. Close to Betws-y-coed so we could go and get the bus for a hike and easily get food on both evenings.

Location in a lovely position

Nothing at all, everything met expectations, in an ideal world, the decking area, could be bigger, then have a hot tub on there.

I want more days to spend with my friends there…..I love this place and view for sure

Really lovely property. Had everything we needed, wish we had booked for longer now. Our little boy loved playing in the garden. Amazing views. Thanks for a lovely stay and a very kind welcome pack, we will come back for a longer stay soon.

Had everything we needed. Getting out of the driveway was quite difficult though, could do with a mirror on the road like the property next door.

House was lovely. Ideal having 3 bathrooms for the 3 beds. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very generous welcome pack. High standard of equipment in the kitchen. Able to walk without taking the car out - just walk up the road and take the footpath to the right. Beds and bedding comfortable and good quality. Very warm and cosy Beautiful gardens and views

Tricky entrance and exit to the property Lounge seating a bit tight for 6 people Struggled with TV instructions 🤦‍♀️

Nothing special. Suggestion: Deck is a bit slippery, a little treatment would make it

We absolutely loved the location and views from the property. Layout of the accommodation worked really well for the whole family with everyone having their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you would need to make anything from a good cup of coffee to a full blown roast dinner. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're thinking of visiting a few of the zip worlds or wanting a good base to head out to see waterfalls ect.

The A5 was a little closer than expected and can get noisy and not much of a pavement so this is a great base if you're driving but not sure I'd want to walk into town from here.
