浴場が少し古い

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gibt einen Alt-und einen Neubau - letzterem fehlt es leider ein wenig an Charme, aber das Zimmer war gut. Der Onsen im Außenbereich ist klein aber schön und zur Hälfte überdacht, sodass man ihn auch bei Regen genießen kann. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, der Parkplatz direkt nebenan und ein kleiner Laden gegenüber sowie ein absolut zu empfehlender Souvenirladen auf der Ecke.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.

1.The ryokan was located right next to the Unzen Jigoku Hot springs. 2. Breakfast was a big meal with many dishes. When we were there it was served in a private room. Not sure why, but during the two days we stayed, we did not see another other guests. 3. The onsen was very nice. 4. The japanese style room was very big and neat , with en-suite.

1. The ryokan looks very old and dated. It would do with some renovations. 2. The car park was in a side street opposite the hotel, but this was not a problem for us. It was only a short two minute walk away. You need to inform the person in charge of the car park that you are a guest of the hotel, for free parking.
