Quirky and cute little duplex. Nice kitchen, bathroom and good to have a little outside space. Perfect for me as a solo traveller.

Upstairs has 2 low metal beams that it’s easy to know your head on. Nothing major but probably wouldn’t suit anyone particularly tall.

Costanza made our stay in Siracusa unforgettable! The apartment is perfectly situated in a peaceful area, offering all the essential amenities. It's just a pleasant walk away from Ortigia, making it ideally located. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean and thoroughly equipped with everything we needed. But what truly elevated our experience was Costanza as a host. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond by offering invaluable recommendations that turned our trip into a true treasure.

The location was good, close to all amenities, good restuarants and really nice bakery close by. Apartment good size and balcony was great. Walking distance to Ortigia. Enjoyed the complimentary wine. Communication good.

Nothing to dislike, although odd entering the bedroom first, but soon adjusted. More local info in English would have been good.

The location is great, few minutes walking distance to Ortigia. You’ll appreciate the quiet and the privacy given by its position. You’re gonna love the available space where you can store all your luggage in order to feel like home and not in a vacation, not to forget that you have all needed items. There’s a tasty restaurant when coming out in the street as well. Costanza gave the right indications for easy self check in and communication was perfect.

The apartment both internally and externally was of top quality, a beautifully presented chic, modern, classic Italian, comfortable, quiet apartment with all the mod cons. Honestly, we were taken back firstly by the classy style of the rooms, spacious with high ceilings, then after settling in we noticed the quality of everything within such as the kitchen appliances - fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, digitally controllable radiators !, large smart TV, oven. The bathroom including washing machine, cracking shower. The dining table with all the crockery at hand . Total quality. Then through the French doors (double glazed) even though we knew there was some sort of terrace we were amazed to see the outside area again with a good size dining table and chairs, deck chairs and high back wicker chairs to catch the evening rays, superb. One of the hop on/hop off bus stops is just at the end of the quiet lane from the apartment so everything in Syracuse and Ortigia is within a short drive. We had to contact the owner Costanza a couple of times and on both occasions she responded immediately, nothing was too much trouble, my wife and I were very impressed with her. We've been to several Italian cities and obviously stayed in many rooms/apartments but this is by far the best, fantastic value for money. Thank you for your warm welcome, we thoroughly enjoyed.

Absolutely nothing to dislike but if the canvas roof in the outside terrace was taken back a little then I think we'd have spent the whole day sitting there sunbathing, just honest feedback.
