Breeze on Monmouth

Location was AMAZING!

Nothing. Everything was great!

Property was in the perfect location for the event that I was attending. It very inviting from the front door of the building all the way through to the apartment it was very nice and clean. Modern and up-to-date smelled wonderful. There was enough seating, dishes and towels

The only thing that I did not like about my stay, was that there was no check out rules posted, but I didn’t have my communications turned so I missed the checkout rules message from the property owner the morning of check out.

Location was great! Close to good restaurants and close to the river.

Great place for 2 couples to stay. Perfect us as far as walking distance to downtown and along the river.

To many stairs to climb for Seniors citizens

The apartment was super cute and cozy. It was quiet at night during the week. It was clean and well equipped, and the owners were very responsive. I will 100% stay here again during the week.

It is next to one strip club and across the street from another, making the noise at closing time loud. You could hear the patrons both enjoying like it was a party, then fighting. Sirens would be heard, and then things would quiet down before the cycle repeated. As the owners mentioned, parking is minimal, and the proximity to the bars made me worry about someone breaking into the car, but thankfully, that didn't happen.
