Most beautifully furnished cottage. Very comfortable. I just found the TV difficult to navigate.

The actual location of the facility was not particularly accessible for people with physical disabilities - I don’t recall any mention of there being stairs at the side of the property or steps into the accommodation - this caused great difficulty for myself and I could not have gained access without my companion’s assistance - I would recommend that the facility state that it was not accessible for people with physical disabilities

Alphen Cottage is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, very secure and close to a shopping centre. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. I have to compliment them on their pillows. I’ve stayed in numerous B&B’s and this is the first with one with quality comfortable pillows.

The luxurious comfort of everything. The generous Lindt chocolate pistachio balls, the pods of Nespresso coffee, the fresh flowers, the peace and quiet and great location!

The towels could have been thicker and bigger. They were rough like sandpaper. Don't use any softener in the wash and add white spirit vinegar to the wash load of towels for softness. (I used to own a BnB in PE)
