Bay Walk Residency

It's close to many restaurants and cafes and shops nearby. 15 min from Matrimandir. not too far from the beach. super clean. sheets, pillows toilet and the floor. hot shower and cold air con. really cheap for what you get.

The breakfast could be way better. also there is no proper place to have your breakfast. They could just place a few tables and chairs and serve the breakfast when the guests arrive downstairs from the room, instead of knocking on the door of the room and wake you up. noise from the road

one of cleanest rooms I have been. you don't need slippers to move around. There is hot shower and very hot shower. breakfast is included also.

The noise from the road. not so much at night though. there is no mosquito net so you have to use the air con all the time. whereas at night the air from the garden is super Fresh and you could just open the window.

A very nice room, comfy bed, very clean, hot shower, parking, this about ticks all the boxes. Would have got a 9/10 if the manager didn't keep trying to get more money. The booking was 1234 but tried to charge 1300, then 1250 then 1240 until finally I gave the correct amount. I know it isn't much difference, but it's the way it was said. I would definitely stay again, only the manager needs to work on himself a little. Also, asleep in reception floor and if you need something it's a bit awkward as you have to wake him if the girl isn't around. On check out, went to drop the key to reception and he wants me to find his staff to give the key, sorry mate, isn't that your job! To a customers job to run round the hotel to find your staff.

Great place. The room was clean and easy to locate. Very close to restaurants and cafe. The complimentary breakfast was also good.
