I have trouble operating the stove to cook on, so I have been using my portable gas burner. I can only access netflix and TVNZ+ but NO Youtube?

Location, warm, dry. New kitchen., great beds.

Was approved an early check-in, but it wasnt ready at the agreed/approved time. No correspondence for instructions on how to get thru gate, find key etc. Had just traveled 6 hours to be told it won't be ready at agreed time. Finally get correspondence for entry to find cleaning not 100% finished. Found a ball of hair in bottom pantry cupboard draw!? window sill in kitchen with ants, hair strand in fridge, washing in both machine and dryer. Cleaning glove on washing room floor. Told, sorry for the inconvenience, but because you asked for early check in they had left washing in machines. We didn't even get early check-in, in the end!!!!!!! As for the hair in panty & fridge!!!????????? Disgusting.
