They ask more money than they mention on booking. The owner is so rude and most probably she is racist. We hardly find (from a coffee shop next to the hotel) someone can speak english, even receptionist cant speak. The room was so dirty. And i share picture the breakfast for 3 person.

We booked a few days at this hotel with my family, where do I start!! Being a hot country we specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning only to go and find the ac unit does not work. We also had a balcony which was basically un-usable as it was constantly filled up with pigeons. The whole apartment smealled of toilet as there is no ventilation in the toilet so our whole time at the apartment we was just smelling the toilet. The toilets and taps was broken, just wobbling around. Non of the staff speak english so was very difficult to communicate.

Nothing. It was really disappointing as soon as we arrived. I booked a family studio and they gave me a room in the 3rd floor without lift. The TV was very old (not flat screen but the cathode one that you don't find anymore on the market). No air-conditioning in a city that is so hot ! I did not accept this so they said they would give me an apartment on the 1st floor as soon as it would be available but with triple the price I reserved on booking.com. I went to look for a hotel and luckily there was one nearby with all facilities and a swimming pool at the same price they wanted to charge me.

Everything. The location is near kasbah Taourirt which is a nice historical site to visit but there are not a lot of activities to do over there. The restaurants and cafes are small and don't have a lot of choice. The nearby berbere market has old articles and they are overpriced.

The breakfast was good

For short stay, it can be a good place. Although it was mentioned heating in the facility, the room was not heated.

The customer service was very good, the room was very clean (including the toilet) and the breakfast was good.

Instructions in english need to be provided at the front desk as the staff can only speak french and arabic. They literally cannot speak a word of English so maybe a written sheet of paper on the desk in various languages would help. I had to use google translate for basic information. I was on the top floor which was very good with a viewing area facing the front. Beautiful view of the city. However the wifi was very poor within the room and on that floor. I literally couldn't use the internet in the room and also the tv was very old and not pre-set with any channels. Therefore I had nothing to entertain myself in the room. That needs to be improved. However this hotel is in an excellent location near the Kasbah, Mosque and food/cafes so I would stay here again definitely!
