Cafe Apartment

Oda ve yataklar tertemizdi. Kahvaltıdan çok keyif aldık. Vlatko çok misafirperver ve yardımsever davrandı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Konum da gayet iyiydi.

I enjoyed staying here. I wanted to stay a bit outside of town so I wouldn't need to deal with driving in the center. The host met me at the bakery and then showed me to the apartment, which is about a block away, allowing me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it was quiet. It was great to have a desk for work (especially as there is no dining table), and the Wifi worked fairly well for video calls. The parking was easy in a private lot for the building. The included breakfast is a pastry and drink at the bakery and both were very good. The host sent recommendations for Skopje and also later in my trip, which was very kind. I walked into the center and it took about 30 minutes; the walk back for me alone, even after dark, felt safe.

There are plenty of outlets but none near the desk to charge a computer. As others have mentioned, the breakfast may not feel satisfying enough if you are used to egg/meat-based breakfasts. Ideally there would be a different way to check in besides messaging the host and having him come meet you and take you to the apartment.

Our stay at the Cafe Joy Bakery Apartment in Skopje was a pleasant experience overall, with just a few things to keep in mind for future guests. First, it’s worth noting that the apartment is not located directly at the cafe itself but a little further away. Outside the cafe’s opening hours it can be a bit tricky to get the keys, but in our case they were delivered promptly, and the friendly host made sure to guide us through everything clearly. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and even had air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is slightly outside the city center, about a 30-minute walk, but several bus stops nearby make it easy to reach the center quickly.

Breakfast is served at Cafe Joy Bakery, where the choice is limited to one pastry and one coffee per person – both complimentary. While the selection is small, the pastries and coffee were delicious and of very good quality.

blankets not having bedding, pillow having synthehitics, cotton bedding everywhere would be perfect, in the bathroms ceiling has moisture and mould. breakfast only coffee or juice and one bakeyr piece. for this money hotel 4 or 5 stars would be better choice.

Das Apartment mit Küche bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht - und Vlatko ist ein supernetter Gastgeber. Das gute Frühstück aus Teigwaren wird im um die Ecke gelegenen dazugehörigen Café serviert. Einen kostenfreien abgeschlossenen Parkplatz gibt es vor dem Gebäude. Zur Schlüsselübergabe wurde Vlatko von den freundlichen Kolleginnen aus dem Café angerufen, und er war 2 Minuten später da, weil er tagsüber im benachbarten Fahrradfachgeschäft arbeitet. Also, ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier wohnen wollen.

I lovely free cup of coffee at joy cafe in the morning, along with a free baked piece of your choice. The host was absolutely great, he was very patient with me despite being super late, he called me a taxi, waited for a long time. Then met me with a big smile and welcome.

Rotten walls and ceiling in the shower. I payed 59 Euros for one night. Maybe because I booked last minute, it felt way too expensive compared to other apartments, but I had no choice.

The apartment is in a new very nice apartment building and is clean; located in a quite location, city centre is at 25-30 minutes walk, but there is a bus station on the main road.

Breakfast was only 1 product from the bakery (whatever you choose) and one drink. not worth the extra money for it, There are other apartments for half of the price without breakfast.
