מבודד, מעוצב וואו, חדרים נעימים ויפים, הצוות נחמדים כולם. הבריכה והאוכל והמתקנים מצויינים.

שלא תמיד עונים בקבלה, שהמקלחת לפעמים יש מים לפעמים אין וגם הזרמים בעייתיים ששניים מתקלחים בו זמנית. בקבלה לא ענו ועוד שענו העבירו אותי למחלקה של הרום סרביס וגם שם לא ענו מספר רב של פעמים.

נהגי הטוקטוק ממש נחמדים ואדיבים

אז הגענו לחדר וקיבל אותנו כתם של מחזור על המיטה , כמובן שהגיע מישהו להחליף מצעים , החדר עצמו היה מטונף מלא בעקבות של נעליים , עובש ורטיבות בקירות , כתמים של לכלוך בכל רהיט, האבק במראה יכול להעיד שמעולם לא ניקו אותה וגם לא את החדר עצמו כשביקשנו להחליף חדר למשהו ראוי , לקח לי יום שלם להשיג את המנהלת וכשהיא ענתה קיבלתי תשובה של ״אין לי חדר אחר , תצלמי לי ונראה מה אפשר לעשות״ , אמרתי לה שהיא מוזמנת לבוא לראות בעצמה - היא מעולם לא באה.. הארוחת בוקר מזוויעה!!! (לא ארוחת בוקר שאתה מצפה לקבל במלון) אכלנו בחוץ בלית ברירה , מזל שבאנו עם אוטו כי כל החופשה בעצם חיפשנו איפה להיות, העיקר לא להיות במלון.
