Not too bad as the prime purpose was a city break.

The lack of professionalism from the team Mongezi and Gugu. Before arriving at the property they were quick in wanting payments and deposits which was made. Now it’s their time to fulfill their obligation on refunding my deposit which according to the fine print “ You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.” My check out was 10 December 2023 and still today 2 January 2024 no refund has been processed. Also no replies on the refund via email or text. They were quick to highlight what they will be deducting from the deposit and those deductible were acknowledged but the balance that needs to be refunded has not been returned.

The location is good though the gravel is not good for a sedan cars. The house is beautiful and clean, the cleaning lady does a good job give her a raise lol. We loved everything.

The outside lights around the house are mostly not in working condition and those who work are dim. Walking down to the lower rooms is scary because most lights on the deck are not working. There’s too many wasps inside and around the hou and one of us got bitten by a wasp

Perfect location, the host was very helpful. value for money. the accommodation was clean including the everyday house keeping. the environment and the positioning of the house is perfect. the positive energy and its a good escape space from the buzzing sounds of the city. we definitely going back again sooner
