Location is a bit remote

We felt very welcome the second we arrived. The owners are very kind and helped with everything like scooter renting, laundry and shuttle to the train. Also the breakfast is very good!

A beautiful place and the owners are very helpful. Super lovely room. They helped us get our tuk tuk started and gave us recommendations. Wonderful view and worth going a little outside of main street as it is a lot more peaceful

the family that owns the place was so kind! they helped us get the scooters, helped us with laundry etc. the rooms were beautiful, spacious, with an amazing view. the place is located a bit outside of Ella in a very calm neighbourhood - it was perfect for us. highly recommended!

The property was in a beautiful location overlooking tea plantation and countryside so much wildlife. Owners do try and help.

It was out of the way so had to get tuk tuk if needed to get into city and road was a dirt track. The owners did not speak very good English so quite hard to explain things that weren’t quite right. Food at hotel not to our taste and they had a lot of rain so we had a leak in our ceiling and they just gave us a mat for the floor. Also 2 out of 3 days no hot water for shower. I should have checked regarding payment as only take cash.

Very hospitable family guest house. Large room was clean, bed comfortable, balcony with garden views across the tea plantations ,& waterfall nearby. Peaceful location away from Ella but not fsr from sites of interedt. Breakfast was on both days varied & delicious fresh Sri Lankan dishes, home grown fruit & juices. Very helpful with luggage & any requests. Parking available. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Their place is really a luxury place. We got more than what we paid for. But A vehicle or taxi is required to reach the place from Ella city.Their customer service is excellent and very friendly. You can get luxury experience with superb mountain view. So we can be highly recommended. ❤️

we got free transport to go to their relax inn.It can be reached in 15 minutes from ella town.fantastic place in silent environment .The room and bathroom was big and very clean.nice and friendly staff. It's very close to go to the nine arch bridge.we can go to the it in short time.there are small road to go to it.I highly recommend 😍.
