The young guy working there was the only good thing about this place! Maybe the owners are not aware of it but the entire building is moldy!! Not just some random mold but black mold! The place is extremely dangerous to stay even for few hours. I could not sleep all night because i am allergic to mold. I was sneezing and coughing the entire time. SEE PICTURES I SHARED BEFORE YOU BOOK! The place is really a health hazard for everyone. I am giving a bad review so that the owner does something about it. It was extremely dirty ! I mean i have stayed in dirty hostels but this one wears the crown! Nothing literally nothing is good about this place ans i wonder why there are good reviews bout it.

Really good communication from the host prior to arrival, left me clear instructions on how to check-in and access the room when outside of normal check-in hours. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Clean Showers, linen and towels. Off the main road so no traffic noise, but still a good location not far from Hongik University Station.

Great sized, double room & clean. Nice communal, café type area in the lobby.

the humidity in the hostel was high and no staff was around to request help of any type. a light in each bed would be Nice :)

Dirty, humit, moldy and HOT! No air-conditioning in this heat (at least not one that functioned) and additional burning hot floor (due to floor heating). It’s was crazy! Didn’t sleep the whole night because of this. Outside would have been cooler and nicer.

Everything is good ..

The rooms were comfortable, with free coffee and kitchen facilities. Well situated between Sinchon and Hongdae.

It is up a hill and the immediate neighborhood is mostly residential. Basically no social vibe in the hostel, so not a good party base

Our stay here was very bad and disappointing - we booked because we trusted the good reviews- DON'T do that and trust the bad reviews which are newer-apparently it's getting worse. We stayed in the twins dorm and it's almost not possible to sleep at the upper bed for several reasons: the AC is SO close to the bed that you'll probably get sick when you turn it on the whole night (which you kind of have to because it gets hot inside the small room) and the AC is full of mold. The bed is super uncomfortable and was full of hair when we arrived, it was disgusting. We slept together in the lower bed and had some uncomfortable nights. The room itself looked horrible too and super strange as you can see at the pictures. It looks like this shouldn't be a room were people are sleeping. The bathrooms were not super clean but it was okay. Staff is almost never there and not super pleasant. As this as several mosquitos weren't enough we had a coakroach in our room......of couse no one was there to help. We stayed in another accommodation at the same price level in Seoul before and we didn't have any of these horrible experiences as we had in "that house"!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful and it was right near the bus stations.

The floor going up to the rooms weren't even. Rooftop could be nicer for customer use. Lights in bunks would be helpful.
