ZAWe stayed at EDJAMI LODGE from 30-01-2025 to 03-02-2025. The Lodge is BEAUTIFUL and exceeded our expectations! Michelle and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lodge was very clean, the kitchen is Fantastic, the beds very comfortable. Linnen was of the highest quality, crisp and clean! The pool was Awesome, it kept us refreshingly cool! 😊 Overall, I would Highly Recommend EDJAMI Lodge. The beautiful interior is awe-inspiring!!🌟 On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate EDJAMI Lodge 12 Exceeding Expectations ~ a hidden Treasure! 👑🌟

FRWe had the opportunity to try both the lodge and the guest house. So the feedback will refer to both accomodations. Things we liked : Friendly and reactive host + team Good location in Marloth Park (wild life at your doorstep) Clean and comfortable
I would not recommend booking the guest house if the weather is bad because it means you cannot enjoy the outdoor space as much (nothing protects the outside area from the rain). Since there is no dining table inside the guest house, you'll have to put your plates on your laps or eat outside in the rain! Additionally, while we enjoyed both accomodations there are a few things that could be done to really improve the stay: - please please provide a fan- The living spaces really need it! -add a dining table inside the guest house (as stated above) - add blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom - add curtain (or else) to the shower so that the water doesn't go everywhere - add some hooks around for wet towels and garments - provide basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper) even if just for the first day
ZAI liked the privacy that given to us and seeing all the unique animals coming through at night and in the morning
I didn't like the fact that there was no air-conditioning in the lounge, the main entrance being wide open without any lace to cover the glass door. Struggle with adjusting the water temperature, especially in the kitchen, and lastly, the pool needed to be cleaned throughout due to leaves and insects falling inside cause of the trees (maybe the area needs to be covered).

ZAAircons in rooms were very weak. No aircon or even fan in living area - way too hot for that. No tv. Too closed off so almost no animals come to the house. Would recommended at least getting a tv for some entertainment while in house but since no aircon/fan it was just too hot to spend any time at the house.
