Guest House Koundo

The unit is on a quiet street and is conveniently located within walking distance of several sites.

The listing showed a Western queen bed and 2 western twins. We were three adults and a baby. The twin room was raised futon beds, and the other was a futon on the floor of the main sitting area. The unit is above the owner's bedroom so we were very conscious of baby crying and other normal noises.

Wspaniałe mieszkanie w stylu japońskim, ze stołem irori, oknami shōji, tokonomą i pięknie wykaligrafowaną sentencją na drewnianej tabliczce pod sufitem. Coś pięknego. Chodziłam i podziwiałam w zachwycie. Gospodarz... Jakbym miała kontakt z kimś tajemniczym, tak samo wyrafinowanym i eleganckim jak to mieszkanie. Polecam z całego serca!

Really nice, best experience in Japan the owner is lovely, you have the second flat for your oen, nice bathroom , livingroom, nice bed everything was perfect, he also let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out 10 stars, thank you sir!!!!

great experience, the owner was extremely nice and spoke a little English. Also a great location with a spacious apartment and very comfortable beds.

Located in a very quiet part of Nikko, only a few minutes walk from the main temples & shrines.
