"Host was zeer onvriendelijk en liet ons niet binnen, brachten een nachtje door"

We hadden deze accommodatie 2 dagen op voorhand geboekt en alles netjes betaald. Bij aankomst bleek de host echter totaal onvriendelijk en we werden simpelweg niet binnengelaten. Ondanks meerdere pogingen tot contact werden we genegeerd. Het was al erg laat op de avond en daardoor hadden we geen tijd of mogelijkheid om nog een andere accommodatie te regelen. Uiteindelijk moesten we de nacht buiten doorbrengen, wat absoluut onaanvaardbaar is. Deze ervaring was erg stressvol en totaal niet wat je verwacht wanneer je via een betrouwbaar platform boekt. Ik raad deze accommodatie ten zeerste niet aan. Wij hadeen ons huwelijksakte aagetoond foto’s getoond dat we familie zijn maar bleef ons negeren.
